Don't miss me too much

Looks like I'll be going somewhere for a little while. Mom & dad have all of our stuff lying around, and stuffed into big bags. I hope they don't put me in there. I remember seeing this kind of chaos not long ago, just before we went to San Francisco. Anyway, I hope the mosquitoes aren't too bad where we're going. In the meanwhile, send me some love notes. See you when I get back!

Gettin' my Grub on

Mom & dad finally let me eat that spoon I've had my eye on. It sure was good, even though they kept putting some weird stuff on the end of it. Whatever, they'll learn soon enough.

I'm 6 Months Old!

And still "all natural", as far as you know.

Happy 6th-month-day to me!

4th of July

Aysha experienced two firsts yesterday: her first Independence Day and her first taste of something besides mom's milk -- rice cereal.

The photos don't lie, the rice cereal didn't really quite work out too well. It wasn't so much that she didn't like it, or even that she wore it instead of eating it -- all too typical, I'm sure. It's that her skin had an allergic reaction in the areas where she caked it on herself. Her neck and arms broke out in hives and of course, that freaked us out, so into the tub she went, where the hives went away and Aysha was a happy camper, once again.

As for the Independence Day part, she did surprisingly well with the fireworks and didn't really care about the loud booming sounds all around her. Culver City put on one of the better fireworks displays we've seen in a while.

Sometimes I sleep

It's what I do.

But not today! It's July 4th. Happy birthday America!

Don't I get a hot dog or something?

Muir Woods

Here I am trying to take Uncle Ken's finger, but for some reason he wouldn't give it up. Fine.

Muir Woods is cool. We went there on dad's birthday and walked around a bit. I saw some really big trees, a stream and a real live doe sitting in the woods.

We went with my pal Maeyana and her parents Ken and Gina. They're super.

Hey Everyone

I'm back. Sorry about my little disappearing act. Something about "blah. blah. blah. computer. blah" I'm not sure what that means, but dad's been saying it a lot lately. Anyway, I've been spending more and more time in this blue sack you see me in here, doing stuff like cruising the aisles at Trader Joe's, taking long car rides to far away places, swimming in big bathtubs outside with other people, hanging out at a lake with my pals Jonah, Maeyana and Cole, but mostly just putting random unknown things into my mouth whenever I can. And that's because I can. More shockingly, If you didn't notice, I learned how to write while I was away. Yes, shocking. Whatever. Anyway, it's long past my bedtime. More soon. I miss you all.
